Backlighting a Photography
Ming Thein, a professional corporate and fine art photographer based in Malaysia, selected DSA’s Single Side Premium LED Light Box as the visual display for a large format fine art photographic print produced for a private European collector. This image, part of a series of 30 ongoing locations and subjects, is printed at 1.2 gigapixels and 450 ppi using a specially modified printer for ultra-high detail. To create an impression of transparency and the sense of viewing the forest canopy through window, a bright and uniformly lit light box was required. Customized with high output 6500K LEDs, our Premium LED Light Box in silver finish was chosen as the ideal display for this unique fine art print.
